2. Registration

Registration Deadline Pistol & Rifle events - 1700 hrs, the Friday before the event. Shotgun events - 1700 hrs, the Thursday before the event. Walk-ins are allowed, subject to availability of bays.

Participants are encouraged to register online. Alternatively, registering (or canceling) with SSA may do so by email.

Registration/cancellation by proxy is acceptable.

Cancellation must be done by Saturday before the event.

3. Fees

Fees Participation fee - $10 (For each pistol and rifle event) Walk-in fee - $15 (If not registered by deadline) No-Show Fee - $5 (For registered participants who do not show up, payable when they next participate)

Participation fee must be paid before start of event.

Participation fee includes range fee, targets (except clay targets), officials and helpers.

4. Preparation & Conduct of Shoot

Conducting clubs will arrange for the following:

• Targets
  
• Detailing (ready 24 hrs before event)
  
• Score sheets
  
• Officials and helpers

The monthly shoots will be conducted in line with the ISSF rules and regulations.
As long as there is one participant, the shoot will be conducted.

5. Report of Scores

Conducting clubs will submit scores to SSA within 24 hrs of completion of event. SSA will post the results within a week.
