Ranking System and NTT Selection Cruteria Shooter must achieve the qualification score based on average of 3 best scores out of 4 consecutive shoots. It will be an ongoing process, (example) a shooter participates in monthly shoot for Men's Pistol event for Jan - Apr. If the average score for the 3 best shoots is 563 and above, he qualifies for NTT. If not he will shoot in May and the best 3 scores will be taken from Feb - May. Shooters who absent themselves from a monthly shoot will deem to have a zero score. This will be considered as one of the 4 shoots. Therefore a shooter who does not participate regularly in monthly shoot will find it difficult to qualify for NTT. If there is no monthly shoot due to competition, the council can decide to use the score of that particular competition to replace the monthly shoot. Shooters selected into NTT must abide by the Shooter's Code of Conduct. All shooters selected for NTT will be in the programme for at least 1 year. During the one year, the coach together with the shooter will work out the training objectives for the shooter. A shooter will may be asked to leave if he/she does not meet the training objectives.
